Everything you need to know about Noblesville's Common Council Meeting on June 14th, 2022
New ordinances have a two-part process in the Noblesville Common Council. During the first meeting, the issue is presented and discussed. At the second meeting, the council votes on a decision.
The gravel pit issue is hitting the council’s agendas this month at Noblesville’s City Hall.
First Meeting (Presentations): 7PM on June 14th
Second Meeting (Vote/Decision): 7PM on June 28th
In person attendance speaks volumes, even to just watch. Auxiliary rooms down the second floor hallway will set up for viewing the meeting, too.
HOW TO PUBLICLY COMMENT:
Head to the second floor of City Hall to fill out a comment card before the meeting begins.
You’ll get 3 minutes to speak after the DLITB presentation is done.

ORDER OF EVENTS:
The gravel pit will be the last agenda item.
The planning department will present first.

All that being said, it’s important to write to your common council members between now and the final meeting on June28th to urge them to vote “no” to the gravel pit. If you live in a city council district, you have a district member and 3 at-large members to contact.
